  • Meaningful, client-facing advisory work or institutional stewardship
  • The heavy, living weight of applied wisdom (Hikma)—not merely theoretical knowledge
2. Specialisation (The Deep Roots of Mastery)

We seek deep roots, not a shallow spread. We Lead Next is designed for the MENA region's most vital and demanding frontiers—Fintech, Deeptech, Green Energy, and Agritech. We champion the specialized minds who speak with the quiet, earned authority of deep focus, over those who offer hollow echoes on everything.

What we seek:

  • An undeniable, focused devotion to a specific sector or sub-sector
  • A documented history of real-world outcomes within that defined domain

4. References

Every approved expert has at least one verified professional reference — and we always contact it. No exceptions. This is not a formality. It is the final quality check that makes every match on our platform trustworthy.

What we look for:

  • One verified professional reference — a client, colleague, or institutional partner
  • Reference must be contactable and responsive
  • Reference is always contacted — no self-submitted references are accepted at face value

HOW WE ASSIGN TIERS

Assigning a tier is never about establishing a rigid hierarchy or feeding ego. It is about recognizing the weight of experience a practitioner carries and the scale of the trust they are ready to shoulder.

We assign tiers carefully to reflect an expert’s journey, honoring the complexity of the challenges they have weathered and the depth of their roots in the field.

Gold

Top-tier practitioners. 

  • Outstanding performance across all four vetting criteria
  • 15+ years of sector-specific experience recommended
  • Multiple verified credentials or extensive documented practice

Silver

Strong practitioners with demonstrated specialisation.

  • Strong performance across vetting criteria with some areas for development
  • 8-15 years of professional experience in sector
  • Verified professional credentials or consulting track record

Bronze

Emerging practitioners with verified practice. 

  • Meets baseline vetting criteria with verified reference
  • 3-8 years of active sector practice
  • Advancement to Silver based on session performance and bookings

Tiers are not fixed. They are earned.

  • Average session rating from Clients
  • Booking volume and repeat client rate
  • Additional credentials or practice documentation added to profile
  • WLN team qualitative review of session notes and feedback
