We Lead Next – Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about We Lead Next — the first vetted expert marketplace built for MENA founders and Arab diaspora professionals. Honest, specific answers.
VETTING & EXPERTS
How does the expert vetting process work?
Every expert who applies to We Lead Next is assessed against a published, rigorous scoring framework. The core dimensions are: Practice (depth and consistency of active sector engagement), Specialisation (focus and track record in a defined sub-sector), Language (ability to articulate complex truths clearly in Arabic, English, or French), and Credentials (verified against public registries). Every expert knows exactly how their score was calculated.
What are the tiers on the platform?
We use a three-tier system to communicate expert experience and applied wisdom: Authority (Score: 80–100), Strategist (Score: 60–79), and Practitioner (Score: 50–59). This replaces the standard Gold/Silver/Bronze labels to better reflect operational reality. Every tier is visible on the expert's profile, including the category-level score breakdown, so seekers can make an informed choice based on what matters most to them.
How long does the vetting process take?
From the moment you submit your application to receiving your assessment outcome, the process takes 5–10 working days. This includes application review, registry checks, reference checks, and scoring by our Expert Pipeline team.
What happens if an expert is rejected?
Rejection from We Lead Next is not a final verdict – it is a scored assessment with specific developmental feedback. If your application misses the mark, you will receive a written response detailing what would need to change for a successful reapplication. If your score falls between 50 and 59, you may be placed on our waiting list rather than being rejected outright.
Can a rejected expert reapply? How?
Yes. Rejected experts may reapply 90 days after the date of their rejection. You do not start from scratch — we retain your previous application record and you simply update your documentation against your original submission.
How do you verify accreditation claims?
We verify all accreditation claims against public, accessible registries before scoring (e.g., ICF, EMCC for coaching). Academic credentials and professional histories are cross-referenced against institutional records and via direct verification request for non-public records.
